Shipping Information
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays!

All orders will be fulfilled within 1 working day and your order confirmation and despatch notification will be emailed to you.

All orders are despatched via Royal Mail. UK Standard shipping will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Any other shipping option has the delivery time estimate listed at checkout.

Orders containing pre-order items will be despatched as soon as possible and you will receive notification via email once they have been despatched. Orders containing multiple items, including pre order items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is ready to ship.​

From 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer a part of the EU. This means that any item, regardless of value, sold to the EU is subject to the local rate of VAT and charges in the destination country.
Returns Policy
If you aren't satisfied with your product then please email info@play-style.co.uk so we can help!
If you are in the EU, then you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of your order, provided that the items have not been used or opened. Simply keep everything packaged, send us an email us at info@play-style.co.uk so that we can organise a return label for you.​
​As soon as your item(s) arrives back to us we will issue a refund and send you an email to confirm. Please keep proof of postage until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.
